Working an EWR scenario that was saved and restarted and as in a previous posting from 2019, I now have a phantom aircraft with nothing on the panel to click to get rid of it. It interferes with incoming aircraft not being able to use the gate and then they have to be deleted.... with a penalty. Is there any way, other than starting fresh and losing purchased items, to get rid of the aircraft? It’s gate A26.


Also, when I went back in to continue the game, items I bought from the store were no longer in play and had to be repurchased.
@Julio Schrodel Thanks for reporting these issues you are experiencing. We released several new versions of the game in the last 2 months and unfortunately, whenever reloading a saved game from an older version, issues may arise, and the phantom aircraft effect may be one of them. I think it may also be caused by something else, and we will do some more testing to try and fix it. What could be helpful in the meantime is whenever loading a new game, look around and see if there are any potential phantom aircraft at the gates, so that if an inbound airplane wants to park there, you can send them to the holding point instead. When loading the saved game, a phantom plane might be the ones with the jetway already pulled back from the plane when the game was loaded. These phantom planes always eventually call for pushback, so the gate will open up eventually. Just bear with us while we try to resolve it.
Also, which purchases did you have to purchase again? If they are the ones under 'All Airports' in the Shop, then they only last 24hours. These are considered boosts and only last 24hours as labeled in the shop with these purchases. These purchases are the 'Speed Up',' Deicing Times', and 'Runway Ops Times'
